Their daughter Pauline took responsibility for the estate in 2019 and now works alongside her husband William, continuing the family’s particular fondness for fresh, precise whites and rosés. This Bordeaux Rosé is made entirely from Merlot, with the grapes pressed almost immediately and fermented at a cool temperature to preserve their delicate colour and bright summer-fruit character.
