Clos du Moulin des Quarts comes from the schist-rich slopes of Bonnezeaux, one of the Loire’s celebrated appellations for sweet Chenin Blanc. The grapes are harvested after developing noble rot, which concentrates their sugars, acidity and aromatic intensity, before the wine is matured in barrel for six months.
