Michel Sarrazin took over the family estate in 1964 and began bottling under the domaine’s own name, with subsequent generations continuing to build its reputation across the Côte Chalonnaise. White Givry is considerably less common than the appellation’s Pinot Noir, which makes this Chardonnay particularly interesting.
