Today the domaine covers around 13 hectares across Sury-en-Vaux, Verdigny, Bannay and Sancerre, taking in all three of the appellation’s principal soil types: chalky caillottes, flinty silex and the clay-rich terres blanches. Their Sancerre Blanc brings fruit from all three together, with each terroir vinified separately before blending and three months on the fine lees.
