Blush starts with dealcoholised rosé wine, which makes up 95.5% of the finished drink, before grape must and a bespoke botanical blend of lemon balm, Damask rose, ashwagandha, rosemary and damiana are added alongside vitamins and minerals. Rather than simply trying to imitate conventional rosé fizz, the idea is to build something with its own character – dry, lightly sparkling and distinctly fruit-driven, but with an extra floral and botanical dimension running underneath.
