Nude begins with dealcoholised white wine, which makes up 95% of the finished drink, before grape must and a specially developed blend of lemon balm, Damask rose, ashwagandha, rosemary and damiana are added alongside vitamins and minerals. The result is rather different from the usual alcohol-free fizz – less about trying to copy Prosecco exactly and more about combining dry sparkling wine character with a distinctly botanical edge.
