A great example of the value that certain pockets of Europe are able to produce for a fraction of the cost of their famous counterparts. This is a close-to-Chablis lookalike with a beautiful complexity that surpasses its price. Aromas of white flowers, orange peel, with a flinty minerality. The palate is weighty, but has a crisp acidity that keeps the whole taste fresh & inviting.
