Chateau La Negly, La Falaise, 2019

Syrah dominates the nose with its blue and black berry notes though lifted red fruits from the Grenache soon emerge. The palate is warm ripe and powerful with spice notes again dominated by the Syrah there is plenty of sweet cherries wild herbs too and balancing acidity and ripe tannins, very impressive.
