Famille Fabre, 'Grande Courtade L'Instant' Rosé, 2021

This is a delicate salmon pink rosé made by the `saignée` method of bleeding the fermenting juice from the skins, to preserve the fruit flavours and aromas. It is dry with a perfumed bouquet of wild strawberry and cranberry on the palate and a refreshing and crisp acidity.
