'One-Liner'
A pale, easy-going southern French rosé with wild strawberry fruit, gentle spice and a silky finish.

Tasting Note
Pale salmon-pink in the glass. The nose leans into delicate wild strawberry and soft red-berry fruit, with a faint spicy lift in the background. On the palate it is smooth and supple, with fresh berry fruit, a light creamy texture and a clean, easy finish. Bright, unfussy and very drinkable.

The Story
Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert sits in one of the most striking parts of the Languedoc, where vineyard land is shaped by sun, scrub, stone and the cooling influence that helps keep southern French wines lively rather than heavy. It is a setting that suits rosé particularly well. In a wine like Doriac, you get that southern generosity of fruit, but also the freshness and lightness that make it feel properly relaxed and drinkable. This is very much a rosé for warm weather, long lunches and uncomplicated pleasure, but it still carries a real sense of where it comes from.
