'One-Liner'
A bright, juicy Cretan red with wild berry fruit, fine tannins and a lovely fresh finish.
Tasting Note
Light ruby in the glass. The nose is expressive and lifted, with dark cherry, wild berries and a lightly herbal edge. On the palate it feels juicy and balanced, with fine tannins, bright fruit and a fresh, easy flow that makes it very drinkable. There’s plenty of character here, but it stays light on its feet.

The Story
Lyrarakis is one of the key names in Crete for championing local varieties, and Queen Liatiko sits right in that lane. The winery describes Liatiko as one of the queens of Cretan grapes, and this bottling comes from vineyards at around 650 metres altitude. That higher site helps keep the wine fresh and balanced, which suits Liatiko very well – you get ripe berry fruit and charm, but without losing shape or drinkability.
