Oliver Zeter farms 20 hectares of prime vineyard land in the Pfalz. This dry Riesling is correctly steely, but the citric acidity is tempered by the warmth of the Pfalz, giving white peach and apple notes.  Long and lingering, a Riesling to convert sceptics to the grape.
