Tasting Note
Pale lemon in the glass. The nose leans into green apple and citrus, with a fresh mineral note running underneath. On the palate it’s lively and mouth-watering, balancing gentle sweetness with bright acidity, so you get plenty of juicy fruit without it feeling heavy. Clean, zippy and very easy to drink.
