A bright, easy-going Prosecco with green apple, citrus and a clean, lively finish.

Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and gently fruity, showing green apple, pear and a little citrus zest. On the palate it is light, delicate and lively, with ripe orchard fruit, zesty acidity and a crisp, refreshing finish. A very handy, crowd-pleasing fizz.

The Story
Le Dolci Colline is Adria Vini’s long-running house Prosecco, made in a straightforward, classic style. The current trade sheet says the fruit comes from selected parcels of Glera grown northeast of Treviso, picked by hand to keep freshness and aromatics in balance. Gentle pressing, cool fermentation in stainless steel and a second fermentation in tank keep the wine bright, light and easy to enjoy – exactly what you want from an everyday Prosecco.
