Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass with a persistent mousse. The nose is gently floral, with citrus and green apple to the fore. On the palate it is bright and zippy, with crisp orchard fruit and a lightly honeyed note sitting behind the freshness. Refreshing, approachable and a very handy alternative to Prosecco.

The Story
Palladiano Durello is part of the Adria Vini range and leans into one of Veneto’s less familiar local sparkling grapes. The Durello grape is grown on the volcanic hills of Monti Lessini, where its naturally high acidity makes it particularly well suited to sparkling wine. Current trade material positions it as the fizz you’ll often find in Verona’s bars and restaurants, and stylistically it makes sense: fresh, crisp and uncomplicated, but with a bit more bite and character than a softer, fruitier Prosecco.
