Tasting Note
Delicate pink in the glass with a lively stream of bubbles and an inviting nose of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with juicy summer berries joined by peach, citrus peel and a subtle herbal lift. Crisp acidity keeps everything bright and refreshing, while the fine effervescence gives the wine plenty of energy and texture. There is a gentle creaminess beneath the fruit, adding a little extra weight without making it feel sweet or heavy. Dry, vibrant and beautifully balanced on the finish, with red berries and delicate spice lingering behind.

The Story
ALT. was founded by Norwegian brothers Christian and Alexander Jansen with a simple idea: choosing not to drink alcohol should not mean settling for something that feels like a compromise. For the Rosé, organically grown Tempranillo from Spain is first made into wine in the traditional way, fermenting in stainless steel before the alcohol is gently removed by low-temperature vacuum distillation. A patented aroma-recovery process captures delicate compounds that might otherwise disappear during dealcoholisation and returns them to the finished wine, helping preserve Tempranillo’s strawberry, red berry and herbal character. The wine is then made and bottled in Germany, giving ALT. the same unusually international story as its Blanc de Blancs – Norwegian founders, Spanish organic fruit and German production, all focused on making 0.0% fizz that still tastes unmistakably wine-led.
