A bright, coastal Sardinian white with citrus, blossom and a gently savoury finish.

Tasting Note
Bright lemon in the glass. The nose shows jasmine and wildflowers alongside citrus and orchard fruit. On the palate it’s crisp and refreshing, with notes of lemon zest and golden apple, backed by a lightly savoury, mineral edge that keeps it feeling clean and appetising. Nicely balanced and very easy to drink.

The Story
Marco Zanatta is the driving force behind the family winery, which spans around 100 hectares in Sardinia and focuses on local varieties, with Vermentino di Sardegna and Cannonau di Sardegna as its key specialities. This Vermentino is made in a fresh, modern style, with stainless-steel fermentation and a short period on lees to build a little extra texture without losing brightness. It’s very much the kind of wine that leans into Sardinia’s sun, sea air and easy-drinking charm.
