A bright, juicy Spanish red with bags of berry fruit and a soft, easy-drinking finish.

Tasting Note
Vivid ruby in the glass. The nose is lively and fruit-forward, with red berries to the fore and a little floral lift alongside a hint of white pepper. On the palate it’s smooth and supple, with juicy raspberry and cherry fruit, gentle freshness and very little in the way of hard edges. Easy-going, expressive and made for uncomplicated drinking.

The Story
Bodegas Artevin sits within the wider Don Sancho de Londoño project in Rioja, working with vineyards south of the Ebro at around 500 to 720 metres above sea level. The estate farms with a lower-intervention, environmentally minded approach, and this wine is made in a deliberately fruit-led style. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a cool, slow ferment designed to keep the wine fresh, fragrant and easy to enjoy while young.
