'One-Liner'
A rich, velvety southern Italian red with plum, dark berries and sweet spice, made in a generous appassimento style.
Tasting Note
Deep ruby in the glass. The nose leans into ripe black fruit, plum and raisin, with notes of cocoa, vanilla and warm spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with soft tannins and a rounded, slightly sweet-edged finish that makes it very easy to enjoy.

The Story
The appeal here is really the style. Ca’ Vittoria sits in that generous southern Italian lane where ripeness, warmth and texture do much of the talking, and the appassimento method pushes the wine a little further in that direction by concentrating the fruit before fermentation. Behind the label is Botter, a long-established family company founded in 1928 near Venice, with Ca’ Vittoria representing its southern Italian project. The result is exactly what many people hope for from this kind of red – plush fruit, soft spice and a lot of immediate, easy pleasure.
