'One-Liner'
A fresh, easy-going Italian white with white peach, floral lift and that classic almondy twist on the finish.
Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is gently perfumed, with white flowers, white peach and fresh white-fruit notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, crisp and harmonious, with bright acidity keeping it lively and a dry, lightly bitter-almond finish that feels very Garganega. Clean, refreshing and very easy to drink.

The Story
Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is rooted in the Veronese hills and wider Valpolicella area, but this wine shifts the focus to Garganega, one of the key white grapes of the region. The producer describes fruit from the foothills near Verona, grown on mixed calcareous and clay soils, hand-harvested at the end of September, then fermented cool without skin contact and aged in stainless steel. That all fits the style in the glass – bright, floral, lightly textural and made to lean into freshness rather than oak or weight.
