Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. Aromas of orange blossom, lemon curd and delicate elderflower lead into a crisp, dry palate with notes of lime, wet river stone and a lick of rock-salt acidity. Light to medium in body, taut and refreshing, with a long, mouth-watering finish. Serve well chilled.

Capel Vale sources this wine from the Whispering Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker – an inland sub-region of Great Southern famed for high-class Riesling. Fermented in stainless steel with neutral yeast and bottled early to preserve freshness, the 2020 vintage shows the cool-climate precision Mount Barker is known for.
