A mature vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne with white peach, citrus, hazelnut, brioche and a long mineral finish.

Tasting Note
Straw yellow in the glass with deep golden reflections. The nose is fresh and developed, moving from white peach and citrus into hazelnut, brioche, honey and acacia. On the palate it is concentrated but elegant, with creamy texture, fine acidity and Chardonnay’s clear line of white fruit and citrus. Long ageing brings pastry, roasted almond and a savoury depth, while the finish stays lifted, saline and mineral. A beautifully mature vintage Champagne with richness, finesse and real occasion-bottle energy.

The Story
Victor is one of Champagne Mandois’ more serious expressions – a Blanc de Blancs built from old-vine Chardonnay and named in honour of Victor Mandois, the family figure who began vinifying and selling Champagne under the Mandois name in the 19th century.
The fruit comes from old Chardonnay vines, with sources including Chouilly, Vertus and the old-vine vineyards of the Côte de Sézanne. Low yields help give the wine its concentration and structure, while the Blanc de Blancs style keeps everything precise, bright and fine-boned.
