'One-Liner'
A full-flavoured, gastronomic Tavel rosé with ripe red berries, spice, structure and a beautifully fresh finish.

Tasting Note
Intense pink in the glass with bright ruby glints. The nose is expressive and layered, showing raspberry, wild strawberry, pomegranate and a gentle peppery spice. On the palate it is dry, rounded and structured, with more depth than a typical pale rosé. The fruit feels generous but controlled, balanced by freshness and a long, savoury finish. A proper food rosé – characterful, confident and built for the table.

The Story
Tavel has always stood apart from the paler, more delicate side of rosé. This is southern Rhône rosé with colour, structure and purpose – the kind of bottle that can move from aperitif to the main course without disappearing beside the food.
Château d’Aqueria is one of the historic names of the appellation, with the estate’s vineyards set around the château on sandy clay soils. The blend brings together six Rhône varieties, led by Grenache, with Syrah and Mourvèdre adding spice and structure, while Clairette, Bourboulenc and Cinsault bring lift, aroma and freshness.
