'One-Liner'
A polished southern French white with white peach, citrus and a lovely mineral freshness.
Tasting Note
Pale lemon in the glass. The nose feels open and expressive, with white peach, apricot and almond blossom, followed by a little citrus lift. On the palate it is full but not heavy, with a silky texture, bright freshness and a gently savoury, fennel-like edge. Balanced, rounded and very easy to enjoy.

The Story
Château de Caraguilhes is one of the long-established names of the Corbières, with the modern estate story often traced from 1958, when Lionel Faivre took charge and pushed the property towards organic growing well ahead of the curve. La Font Blanche is the estate’s white Corbières, built to show the brighter, more mineral side of this rugged southern landscape. In style, it feels Mediterranean but measured – plenty of fruit and texture, but with enough freshness to keep it elegant rather than weighty.
