'One-Liner'
Silky, southern French red – blackberry, olive and pepper with a fresh, easy glide.

Tasting Note
Deep ruby with a violet rim. Aromas lean into ripe blackberry and black-olive tapenade, with rosemary and cracked pepper in the mix. The palate starts supple and silky, carrying dark cherry, olive and spice; tannins are fine and supportive, keeping the balance tidy. Fresh, zesty finish – very drinkable now, especially with something grilled.

The Story
Caraguilhes farms organically in the garrigue of the Corbières – clay-limestone slopes strewn with rounded pebbles that soak up the heat by day and release it at night. The estate has been certified organic since 1987 and also carries Biodyvin and Demeter credentials. Les Gourgoules blends Grenache, Syrah and carbonic-fermented Carignan for a modern, fruit-forward take that still speaks clearly of its Boutenac terroir.
