A pale, polished Provence rosé with delicate red-berry fruit, gentle citrus and a fresh, easy glide.

Tasting Note
Very pale pink in the glass. The nose is subtle rather than loud, with soft summer-berry fruit and a light floral lift. On the palate it’s fresh and lively, with crisp acidity, delicate fruit and a clean, dry finish that keeps everything bright and effortless. Nicely judged and very easy to drink.

The Story
Palm sits within Château l’Escarelle’s branded range, made at the estate in La Celle in Provence. The château presents its wines as organic, and Palm is positioned as one of the more accessible, immediately drinkable expressions in the line-up. Stylistically it does exactly what you’d want from a good Provence rosé – pale, dry, fresh and subtle, with enough fruit to charm but enough restraint to stay elegant.
