A pale, gastronomic rosado with red-berry fruit, floral lift and a smooth, polished finish.

Tasting Note
Very pale pink in the glass. The nose is expressive and refined, with redcurrant, white peach and rose-petal notes. On the palate it feels silky and balanced, with crisp, dry freshness and a little more texture than a simple summer rosé. Long, clean and very composed.

The Story
Las Fincas Rosado is one of Chivite’s best-known modern rosados and was created as a collaboration between the Chivite family and chef Juan Mari Arzak, with the aim of making a more serious, food-friendly pink wine. The 2024 was made by the saignée method and fermented at low temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.
