'One-Liner'
A bright southern Rhône white with pear, jasmine and a crisp, easy-going finish.
Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose leans towards pear, white flowers and a touch of citrus, with a soft floral lift. On the palate it is light, fresh and direct, with orchard fruit, a little rounded texture and a clean, appetising finish. Easy to drink, but with enough character to feel properly put together.

The Story
Luberon is one of those Rhône appellations that often slips under the radar, which is a shame because it can give wines with real charm. Sitting a little higher and cooler than some of the warmer southern Rhône zones, it tends to produce whites with freshness and floral lift as well as the sun-ripened fruit you want from the south of France. That suits this bottle nicely. It feels Mediterranean, but not heavy – the sort of white that works just as easily as an aperitif as it does at the table.
