A lightly sparkling, fruit-forward red made to be served chilled, with juicy cherry fruit and easy-going charm.

Tasting Note
Bright deep purple in the glass. The nose is red-fruited and lively, with a soft floral undertone. On the palate it is juicy and supple, with sweet-edged cherry fruit, ripe coating tannins and a fine mousse that keeps everything fresh and playful. This is very much a chillable red built for uncomplicated drinking.

The Story
Chill Bill is part of that newer wave of Australian reds designed to be served cool rather than treated like something heavy and formal. It leans into lower alcohol, bright fruit and a gentle spritz, which makes it feel much more relaxed than a traditional red. There is also a bit of local interest in the blend, with Tyrian – a newer Australian-bred grape – helping give the wine its juicy, playful character.
