'One-Liner'
Durif unleashed – bold, brambly and unapologetically Aussie.
Tasting Note
Deep, inky purple with a vibrant red sheen. The nose is an assertive mix of black plum, blueberry, liquorice, Christmas cake and a whisper of dark chocolate oak. Bold and fleshy on the palate, those ripe black fruits roll out with generous tannins and properly integrated oak. The finish is composed, long, and quietly confident – this Durif isn’t whispering; it’s owning the room.

The Story
Part of De Bortoli’s Deen Vat Series – a tribute to Deen De Bortoli, a visionary winemaker who helped put Australian wines on the world stage. Crafted in Riverina, one of Australia’s powerhouse regions, this Durif (aka Petite Sirah) shows how the family balances tradition and innovation: powerful fruit, careful oak, and a full-hearted Aussie swagger.
