Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is bright and precise, showing lemon, green apple and a subtle hint of toasted almond. On the palate it’s crisp and refined, with fresh acidity and a lightly textured mid-palate. There’s no heavy oak here - just a clean, focused style with a gentle creaminess and a long, mineral finish. Balanced, elegant and very easy to drink.
