Tasting Note
Bright golden in colour with a remarkably fine, persistent mousse, opening with lime blossom, white flowers and orange zest before richer notes of peach, nectarine, toasted almond and cocoa emerge. The palate is broad and tactile, combining ripe orchard fruit with citrus freshness, chalky minerality and a delicate savoury grip. Hints of aniseed, cardamom and warm pastry add further complexity, leading into a long, precise finish shaped by grapefruit, gentle bitterness and refreshing salinity.

The Story
Dom Pérignon is made only as a vintage Champagne, with each release shaped entirely around the character of a single growing season. The 2015 vintage followed a year of striking contrasts, moving from cooler early conditions into an exceptionally hot, dry summer before welcome rain arrived towards the end of August. Pinot Noir provides depth and structure, while Chardonnay brings fragrance, freshness and precision, with prolonged maturation in the cellars drawing the two into harmony. The result is a generous and unusually tactile Dom Pérignon, carrying the richness of the warm vintage without losing the poise, tension and mineral definition expected of the house.
