Tasting Note
Pale in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with citrus, apple and a gently toasty edge. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with crisp orchard fruit, a creamy mousse and a clean, elegant finish. Bright enough for an aperitif, but with enough texture to work well at the table.

The Story
Domaine Bruno Sorg is based in Eguisheim and has built a strong reputation for precise, expressive Alsace wines from estate-grown fruit. Current producer background notes emphasise the family’s long-term focus on vineyard quality and avoiding bought-in grapes, which fits the style of the Crémant nicely. This bottle is made by the traditional method from separately fermented components, giving it that combination of freshness, finesse and a slightly creamy, toasty edge that makes good Crémant d’Alsace such a useful thing to have around.
