'One-Liner'
A bright, finely judged Alsace Pinot Noir with red summer fruit, gentle spice and a fresh, savoury finish.

Tasting Note
Bright ruby in the glass. The nose opens with red cherries, strawberries and redcurrants, with a little cracked black pepper and a mineral lift underneath. On the palate it stays light on its feet, with juicy red-berry fruit, refreshing acidity and soft tannins that keep the wine supple and easy to enjoy. Elegant, delicate and very drinkable, especially with a slight chill.

The Story
Bruno Sorg is based in Eguisheim, just south of Colmar, and has been part of Alsatian winegrowing since the 1960s. That matters because Alsace Pinot Noir often works best when it is not pushed too hard. Here, the appeal is in the balance – enough ripeness to make the wine generous and charming, but enough freshness to keep it lifted. In that sense, it feels very true to both the estate and the region: precise, quietly polished and more about finesse than force.
