The Story
Domaine Jean Collet & Fils is a long-standing Chablis family domaine. Their Petit Chablis comes from younger vines – around 15 years old – on the limestone-rich plateau above Villy. It’s pressed pneumatically, settled cold, then fermented and aged for around nine months in temperature-controlled stainless steel to capture purity and zest. Petit Chablis has been a key part of the range for decades, sitting alongside the estate’s Chablis and premiers crus.

Fish: Lemon & herb baked cod with new potatoes – the wine’s crisp, stainless-steel freshness is spot-on with simply seasoned white fish.
