'One-Liner'
A graceful southern French rosé with delicate red berries, pink grapefruit and rose petals – dry, mineral and beautifully refreshing.

Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink in the glass, with fragrant rose petals and pink grapefruit joined by raspberry, cherry and a subtle hint of blueberry. The palate is dry, crisp and finely textured, with lively citrus freshness and a gentle mineral character bringing definition to the soft red fruit, followed by a clean, elegant finish with lingering cherry and grapefruit.

The Story
Domaine Preignes le Vieux lies between Béziers and Agde, where the Vic family has made wine since acquiring the estate in 1905. Now led by Jérôme and Aurélie Vic, the domaine brings together five generations of family experience with a striking setting shaped by Roman remains and a 13th-century château. Paradis is made entirely from Grenache, with a short period of skin contact followed by cool fermentation to preserve its pale colour, delicate perfume and bright fruit. The result is a polished, quietly sophisticated rosé that captures the warmth of the Languedoc without sacrificing freshness or finesse.
