'One-Liner'
Sun-kissed southern French Chardonnay – floral, gently tropical and cleanly refreshing.

Tasting Note
Pale to light-gold in the glass. The nose shows white flowers and a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate it’s generous yet fresh – ripe orchard and subtle tropical notes with a smooth, textural feel from cool stainless-steel fermentation. The finish is tidy and persistent; serve nicely chilled.

The Story
Mas des Palombes is part of Domaine Reine Juliette in the Languedoc, named for the old Roman route Via Domitia – locally known as voie Reine Juliette – that runs beside the estate. Sixth- and seventh-generation growers Guillaume Alliès and family farm clay-limestone soils and keep the Chardonnay crisp and bright: destemmed fruit, pneumatic pressing and cool stainless-steel fermentation to lock in freshness.

Fish:
Lemon & herb baked cod with new potatoes – the wine’s floral–tropical lift and neat freshness suit simple white fish.
Vegetarian: Creamy tarragon mushrooms on toast – echoes the textural richness without overwhelming the freshness.
Vegan: Roast cauliflower steaks with almond, lemon & parsley dressing – gentle nuttiness and citrus pair nicely with the wine’s smooth, clean finish.
