'One-Liner'
A generous, Grenache-led Châteauneuf-du-Pape with ripe fruit, southern warmth and a lovely sense of ease.
Tasting Note
Deep ruby in the glass. The nose is open and inviting, with ripe red and dark fruit, a little spice and a gentle garrigue-like lift. On the palate it feels vibrant and full without becoming heavy, with supple tannins, generous fruit and a fresh finish that keeps the wine lively and well balanced.

The Story
Roger Sabon is one of the long-standing family names of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with roots in the area stretching back to the 16th century and the current domaine established in 1952. Les Olivets is the estate’s main red cuvée, drawn from vineyards in Pradel and Les Devès d’Estouard, where sandy and rocky limestone soils help give the wine both warmth and lift. It comes from vines of around 50 years of age, which gives it a bit more depth than a simple entry wine, but the style is still all about charm, openness and drinkability.
