Tasting Note
Bright lemon yellow with green highlights, opening with expressive aromas of lychee, pineapple and mandarin alongside delicate white flowers. The palate is rounded and fruit-driven, with ripe tropical fruit and sun-kissed grape character balanced by a refreshing citrus lift. Moscato brings plenty of natural perfume, giving the wine an aromatic personality despite its very low alcohol. There is a gentle softness through the middle, but enough freshness to keep everything lively and easy to drink. Light, fragrant and harmonious on the finish, with tropical fruit, citrus and floral notes lingering behind.

The Story
Moscato is naturally well suited to alcohol-free wine because so much of its personality comes from aroma rather than alcohol – flowers, citrus and exotic fruit are all present in the grape before fermentation has finished its work. Doppio Passo takes Sicilian Moscato and first makes it into wine before passing it through spinning cone columns, a gentle dealcoholisation system designed to separate the alcohol while retaining as many of those delicate aromatic compounds as possible. The result keeps the grape’s unmistakable lychee, pineapple, mandarin and floral character while bringing the finished drink down to just 0.45% ABV. It is a distinctly Sicilian take on the alcohol-free category – sunny, fragrant and deliberately fruit-forward.
