Eisenstone, ‘Hoffmann Vineyard’ Ebenezer Shiraz, 2021

Deep intense ruby red in colour. Savoury fruit with ripe berry fruits overlaying spicey oak characters. The wine is typical of Barossa Old vine and is luxurious and coats the mouth giving eh wine extraordinary depth and length of flavour.
The structure is balanced for ease of drinking when young but will support development over many years of careful cellaring.
