One-Liner
Elegant Chilean Pinot Noir - bright red fruit, soft spice and a smooth, silky finish.
Tasting Note
Light ruby in the glass. The nose is lifted and expressive, showing cherry, raspberry and a hint of earthy spice. On the palate it’s smooth and medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a fresh line of acidity. Red berry fruit sits alongside subtle savoury notes, leading to a clean, gently spiced finish. Balanced, approachable and quietly refined.

The Story
Novas is part of Emiliana, one of Chile’s leading organic producers, with a strong focus on sustainable and environmentally conscious winemaking. The Casablanca Valley is key here - a cool-climate region influenced by Pacific Ocean breezes, ideal for varieties like Pinot Noir that thrive on freshness and finesse. The ‘Gran Reserva’ label signals a step up in concentration and structure, while still keeping the style elegant and fruit-driven. This is Chilean Pinot done properly - fresh, balanced and far more serious than the category’s old reputation suggests.
