'One-Liner'
A bright, classic Tuscan white with orchard fruit, floral lift and the faint almond note that makes Vernaccia so distinctive.
Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is fresh and gently aromatic, with apple, peach and light floral notes. On the palate it is clean and balanced, with good freshness, a little structure through the middle and a subtle almondy bitterness on the finish that feels very true to the grape. Crisp, easy and quietly characterful.

The Story
San Gimignano is one of Tuscany’s most recognisable hill towns, all towers, stone and skyline, but it also happens to be the historic home of Vernaccia, one of Italy’s oldest named white wines. That matters because Vernaccia does not really try to be flashy. Its charm is subtler than that – fresh orchard fruit, a bit of floral lift, a little mineral tension and that faint bitter almond note on the finish that gives it its own identity. In a wine like this, you get something unmistakably Tuscan, but in white rather than red.
