'One-Liner'
Dry Tokaj with a juicy, citrus-led snap – pear, apple and a whisper of mineral bite.
Tasting Note
Pale yellow in the glass. Aromas of pear, juicy red apple and pineapple, lifted by lemon zest, lime, tangerine and wild-flower notes. Light-bodied and fresh, with vibrant acidity; the palate balances citrus and subtle mineral tones with a touch of rounding residual sugar. Clean, refreshing finish. Serve 8–10 °C.

- Fish: Pan-fried trout with lemon, dill & parsley – the wine’s zesty citrus and crisp finish are spot-on with simply seasoned freshwater fish.
