'One-Liner'
A crisp, dry English rosé with wild strawberry, raspberry and a bright, floral finish.
Tasting Note
Pale pink in the glass. The nose is fresh and lifted, with wild strawberry, raspberry and a hint of summer herbs. On the palate it is crisp, dry and finely balanced, with gentle red-fruit character, a subtly savoury edge and a clean, refreshing finish.

The Story
Highweald is a young Sussex estate, planted in 2016 in the High Weald, a landscape of rolling hills, woodland and ancient routeways that feels very naturally suited to English wine. Hickstead Rosé shows the still side of that project rather nicely. Rather than chasing weight or obvious sweetness, it leans into freshness, lightness and quiet detail – the sort of rosé that feels made for long lunches, gardens and the kind of food that does not need overthinking.
