'One-Liner'
A ripe, easy-going Sicilian white with peach, citrus and a softly rounded finish.

Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose gives peach and tropical fruit with a lightly herbal lift. On the palate it is rounded and gently honeyed, with stone-fruit character and fresh citrus acidity keeping everything bright and balanced. A very approachable white, but with enough shape to hold interest.

The Story
Catarratto is one of Sicily’s classic white grapes and has long been a natural fit for the island’s warm, sunlit vineyards. In western Sicily, where this wine is rooted, it often gives wines with more texture and generosity than people expect from an everyday white – citrus and orchard fruit, yes, but also a little breadth and a faint honeyed edge. That makes it a lovely grape for a bottle like this: relaxed and easy to drink, but still unmistakably Sicilian in character.
