'One-Liner'
Zesty, saline Albariño from Val do Salnés – green apple, peach and a gentle lees-softened glide.
Tasting Note
Pale straw. Aromas of green apple, peach and a light white-flower lift. The palate is fresh and balanced – crisp acidity carrying citrus and stone-fruit notes – with a smooth, lightly creamy texture from time on fine lees and a clean, mouth-watering finish. Serve well chilled.

The Story
Winemaker Iria Otero crafts Sal from parcels in the Val do Salnés, the coastal heartland of Rías Baixas where Atlantic breezes and granitic, sandy “xabre” soils shape Albariño’s hallmark zest and saline edge. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine then rests briefly on fine lees to round the texture without oak – a minimal-intervention approach focused on freshness and place.

- Fish: Merluza a la gallega – hake with potatoes, olive oil, garlic and a pinch of paprika. The wine’s citrus-saline snap and gentle lees creaminess are spot on with the silky fish and sweet potato.
