Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose is lively and expressive, showing orange zest, mango, pineapple and a touch of coconut. On the palate it is dry, crisp and aromatic, with bright acidity, a mineral line and a faint saline note that gives it a real sense of place. Fresh, vivid and very easy to drink.

The Story
Tidal Bay is Nova Scotia’s signature white wine style – a regional wine created to capture the freshness, brightness and coastal feel of the province in the glass. L’Acadie Vineyards has always been a natural fit for it. The winery was one of the early standard-bearers for organic growing in Nova Scotia, and this bottling leans fully into that cool-climate Atlantic personality: crisp, aromatic and shaped by mineral freshness rather than weight. It feels very much like a wine made for seafood, salty air and bright evenings by the coast.
