'One-Liner'
Fine, fresh and wonderfully elegant Prosecco, with crisp orchard fruit, white peach and delicate flowers carried by a lively stream of beautifully soft bubbles.

Tasting Note
Brilliant pale straw in colour with a fine, delicate mousse, opening with crisp apple, ripe pear and white peach alongside acacia blossom and a subtle citrus lift. The palate is fresh and fragrant, with juicy orchard fruit balanced by lively acidity and a gentle softness through the middle. Clean and harmonious on the finish, with lingering peach, apple and a lightly floral note.

The Story
La Gioiosa belongs to the Moretti Polegato family, whose connection with the vineyards of Treviso began during the 1920s. Its name recalls the old description of the province as the ‘Marca Gioiosa et Amorosa’ – a land associated with beauty, celebration and good company. This vintage Prosecco comes from the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where Glera develops its particularly delicate orchard-fruit and floral character. The whole grapes are softly pressed before cool, temperature-controlled fermentation, preserving the freshness and bright aromatics that sit at the heart of this polished, wonderfully approachable sparkling wine.
