A polished, peachy Lugana with citrus lift, gentle creaminess and a lovely easy poise.

Tasting Note
Pale straw in the glass. The nose leans into citrus, peach and spring flowers, with a clean, inviting freshness. On the palate it has a little more weight than a simple crisp white, showing soft stone fruit, apple and lemon peel with a rounded, almost creamy feel. Fresh acidity keeps it tidy and food-friendly through the finish.

The Story
La Rifra is a family-run estate in the Pilandro area near Desenzano del Garda, with roots in the zone going back to the 1970s. The winery focuses strongly on the local grapes of the area, especially Trebbiano di Lugana, and works with a low-intervention, sustainability-minded approach in the vineyard. Libiam fits that Lugana mould nicely – bright and floral, but with a bit of texture and breadth that makes it feel more than just a simple aperitif white.
