Tasting Note
Pale pink in the glass, with fragrant strawberry and wild raspberry leading into softer notes of ripe redcurrant and a gentle touch of citrus. Light and graceful on the palate, with juicy red fruit balanced by bright, mouth-watering acidity. Dry, clean and beautifully refreshing through the finish, this is an easy-going rosé with enough freshness and flavour to work wonderfully alongside food.

The Story
Terres Fidèles works with growers and carefully chosen vineyard sites across southern France, creating small-batch wines that place brightness and regional character at the forefront. Cinq Pétales is made from Cinsault grown around Puichéric, where vineyards planted approximately 150 metres above sea level enjoy abundant sunshine while sheltered conditions allow the grapes to ripen steadily. The fruit is harvested during the coolest part of the morning, pressed immediately and fermented at a low temperature before resting on its fine lees in stainless steel. This gentle approach preserves Cinsault’s delicate red-fruit fragrance and produces a rosé with freshness, purity and an elegant, uncomplicated charm.
